Casa Del Sol is a stunning 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom plantation-style villa, featuring a grand two-level main house flanked by two-bedroom towers on either side. These towers are connected to the main house by tiled decks and charming courtyards. The architecture and materials reflect traditional Caribbean style, with native stone, antique brick, hand-rubbed mahogany doors and windows, terra cotta tiled floors, and beamed cathedral ceilings throughout. For added comfort, the villa is equipped with a generator for backup power.

All of Casa Del Sol’s doors and windows are fitted with custom-built mahogany screens, designed to complement the villa’s predominantly arched openings. These screens not only enhance the villa's aesthetic appeal but also allow you to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze without the nuisance of insects.

The villa is accessed via tiled stairs that lead down from the parking area to the upper level, which includes the great room, two upper-level bedrooms, and multiple courtyards, decks, and balconies. The great room serves as the central hub for indoor living and dining areas, as well as the kitchen. Each of the two upper-level bedrooms, located to the right and left of the great room and separated by tiled courtyards, offers a private balcony. A covered deck extends from the great room, and two exterior tiled staircases lead down to the lower-level bedrooms, each with its own private covered deck.

The pool and spa are located on the lower level, perfectly positioned to take in the ever-changing hues of the turquoise sea. After a day of exploring, you can cool off with a dip in the pool or relax in the spa, which circulates hot water twice daily, from 6 am to 10 am and from 6 pm to 10 pm. The lower level also features a wet bar, a fifth full bathroom, and both a covered deck and a sun deck.
