Francis Bay Estates

Francis Bay Estates comprises three striking stone buildings, each with two levels, connected by covered walkways and brick decks. All three buildings overlook the pool and the expansive sundeck. Upon arrival, you park above the buildings, pass through a stone gateway with copper doors, and descend brick stairs to the upper level. To your left, screened mahogany doors lead to the spacious great room in the main house, covering 1,000 square feet. This area includes the living, dining, kitchen, and pantry spaces. Adjacent to the great room is a 500-square-foot covered deck offering views of the pool and the surrounding unspoiled landscape.

The buildings opposite the main house contain four nearly identical 325-square-foot bedrooms, each with a king bed and a private bath, with two on the upper level and two on the lower level. The fifth bedroom, also 325 square feet and equipped with twin beds, is located beneath the great room and opens directly onto the pool deck. Exterior brick stairs connect the upper level to the bedrooms and pool on the lower level.

The 35-foot pool is surrounded on three sides by a spacious 3,500-square-foot antique brick sun deck, complete with a BBQ grill and a dining table. Lush, colorful landscaping envelops the pool, sun deck, and entire villa, while the most spectacular landscaping of all—the National Park—stretches for miles around you.
