Le Lapin is a charming 4-bedroom, 4-bath private villa featuring a solar-heated pool. The homeowners designed the villa to cater to all types of St. John vacationers, as it’s one of the few homes on the island with everything conveniently located within a single living space. With interior access to all rooms, from the great room to the bedrooms, it’s an ideal choice for families with children or couples seeking a spacious island retreat.

Upon arrival, a few steps lead you from the parking area to the gated pool area. The 34’ x 12’ pool is surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun, or if you prefer shade, you can relax in the hammock under the poolside pergola. The pool is situated on the less windy, west side of the home, ensuring sun exposure from morning to evening.

Just above the pool level, you'll find the front entrance to the villa. The main level of the home includes the kitchen, living, and dining areas, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. An interior staircase leads to the upper level, where the two master bedrooms and baths are located. All bedrooms offer stunning views of Hart Bay, are equipped with air conditioning, and have screened sliding glass doors that open to unique wraparound decks and covered porches on each level.

One of the most beloved features of this incredible home is its dual views. From the living room, you can gaze out over Hart Bay and the south side of St. John, where even high up on the hillside, you can still see and hear the waves breaking on the shoreline below. On the kitchen and pool side, the view stretches across to St. Thomas, where you'll be captivated by the sunsets and the twinkling lights of St. Thomas in the evenings.
