As you enter the villa through its grand double doors, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view of Francis Bay. Stepping further through 14-foot sliding doors leads you to an expansive pool patio, offering stunning views of the Bay from every angle and lounge chair.

All rooms in the villa are within a single structure, fostering a sense of family and togetherness, while thoughtful design and quality construction ensure privacy and tranquility. For those with a passion for fitness, the villa includes an exercise room, and the saltwater pool features a 54-foot lap lane. After ascending 8 wide steps to a ramp leading to the front door, and descending 5 short steps from the entryway, the entire first floor is flat, making it particularly accessible for guests with physical challenges. This level includes the Great Room, kitchen, dining areas, a bedroom, an exercise room, and the outdoor deck and pool. Sunbathers will find ample space by the pool for tanning, while those seeking shade can enjoy a completely covered section of the deck or a trellised area. For insect-free outdoor dining and lounging at night, a screened-in porch with sliders adjoins the dining room.
