Over The Rainbow

Over the Rainbow is a charming Caribbean cottage nestled in the scenic Reef Bay area. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home features a private pool and offers exceptional privacy with a secluded, away-from-it-all atmosphere, yet it’s just a 15-minute drive to Cruz Bay.

The driveway and parking area are located below the home, with a walkway and stone stairway leading up to the courtyard and main entrance.

The villa is designed in an “L” shape, consisting of three connected buildings. The main house, located on the left, includes the great room with an open floor plan that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Large 16’ x 8’ screened sliding glass doors on opposite sides of the great room provide ample light and create a fully screened indoor/outdoor living experience. Relax here and take in the ever-changing hues of the turquoise blue seas.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature en-suite baths with tiled showers. The primary bedroom, located off the great room, has a king bed. This bedroom connects to the guest wing, where two additional bedrooms are situated. The upper guest bedroom also has a king bed, while the lower bedroom is equipped with two twin beds that can easily be converted to a king. Both guest wing bedrooms can be accessed from the courtyard, and each has a private west-facing deck that captures the afternoon sun and unforgettable sunsets. The upper bedroom also boasts a second deck with east-facing views to enjoy the sunrise.

At the front of the home, you’ll find the sun deck, pool, and covered gazebo, all of which offer stunning views of Reef Bay and the south coast of the National Park.
