Seaside Breeze is a spacious and inviting beachfront villa that joined our portfolio in May 2021 after being purchased by a new owner. Built in 2006, this home had not previously been available for rentals. From 2006 to 2021, Seaside Breeze was lightly used and meticulously maintained by its original owner, resulting in a villa that remains in excellent condition. With 3,700 sq/ft of interior space and 1,740 sq/ft of exterior decks, Seaside Breeze comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 baths.
