Villa Del Sol

Villa Del Sol was designed and built by the developer behind the Hyatt Virgin Grand of St. John (now the 4-star Westin Resort). Completed in 1995, this two-story villa showcases many of the luxurious features that reflect its upscale origins, such as a coordinated designer interior, zoned air conditioning, and lush landscaping. You can park conveniently outside your door and enter through a foyer that leads to a spacious living room with a soaring cathedral ceiling. The ground level hosts the pool, sundeck, living, dining, and kitchen areas, along with two guest bedrooms. Interior stairs lead up to the second level, where you’ll find the expansive master bedroom and bath, as well as the upper deck, which offers breathtaking views.

In February 2023, the villa was enhanced with Tesla solar panels and a battery backup system. This system automatically activates in the event of a power outage, ensuring that all key appliances, lights, and the air conditioning unit in the upstairs master bedroom remain operational.
