Villa Hibiscus, along with its neighboring Villa del Sol, are located in the exclusive Virgin Grand Estates. Completed in 1995, Villa Hibiscus boasts 2,500 square feet of living space, offering three bedrooms with private tiled baths, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a formal dining room, and a poolside dining area. The villa’s most prized features are its breathtaking views, unparalleled privacy, and a serene, peaceful atmosphere.

**Living & Dining:** The living room is bright and inviting, thanks to the cathedral ceiling with skylights and the 20-foot-wide glass doors that flood the space with natural light. Plush upholstered furniture and Italian marble floors add a touch of elegance. For your comfort, the villa offers powerful zoned air conditioning, or you can open the screened doors to enjoy the refreshing tradewinds. The entertainment center includes a 48-inch flat-screen TV/DVD with surround sound and a Sony stereo system. Step outside to bask in the Caribbean sun by the 23-foot pool, complete with a granite waterfall.

The kitchen opens onto a covered outdoor dining patio with a gas barbecue grill and a table for six. For indoor dining, the formal dining room provides a charming setting for 6-8 guests.

**Kitchen:** The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, coffeemaker, and all necessary cookware and dinnerware.
