Vista Caribe

Vista Caribe shares a similar design with its 4-bedroom counterpart, South Palm, but features an additional, elegant pool cabana bedroom. Upon arrival, you’ll park above the villa and descend a flight of stairs to reach the main house.

The main house comprises several connected buildings, each with distinct exterior rooflines, yet the interior flows seamlessly under one continuous roof. The entry opens into the great room, which includes the living and dining areas, with the kitchen situated in a nearby alcove. Beyond the kitchen and laundry room, a central staircase provides access to the bedrooms. Each of the three bedrooms within the main house is positioned on a different level, all oriented southward to capture breathtaking views. The master bedroom is located on the top level, a second bedroom with twin beds is one level below, and the third bedroom with a king bed is on the ground level.

In addition, the pool cabana features a private bedroom with coral stone floors, a granite and mahogany bath, a wet bar, and an exterior crafted from stunning native stone.
